Dispatch and Call Intake
About The Position
Tech-Keys is searching for an Entry-Level Dispatch and Call Intake to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and dispatching technicians to service the calls. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure all customer service needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assess the needs of customers
- Follow established policies and procedures to dispatch technicians
- Monitor technician progress and follow up on calls
- Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure all needs are met
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in difficult situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Expected Outcomes
After training on procedure and systems, the candidate will be expected to multitask within a team to quickly and efficiently enter information into our ticketing system. They will learn to balance phone calls and emails within this team, and above all, ensure clients get the best possible customer service with each moment.
